The Best Brussels Sprouts


Quoted, "these are the best Brussels sprouts ever." ... These are amazing and I don't even like brussel sprouts!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Add brussels sprouts, black pepper, garlic salt & 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet.
  • Cook over a low heat allowing the brussels sprouts to brown on each side before flipping them.
  • After about 10 minutes add 1 more tablespoon of olive oil & seasoned bread crumbs.
  • Cook for another 10 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  • The edges should be browned.
